Returns
Coco Unika are happy to offer an exchange, store credit or refund for a change of mind or if the items are not as you expected. However, the receiver must notify Coco Unika by email within 24 hours of their intent to return and all items must be returned within 7 days of receipt of delivery. All costs to return the item must be paid for in full by the recipient of the goods. Coco Unika will not cover any costs to return the goods to us. Where a product is within the returnable period and Coco Unika has been notified, we will issue a full refund of the original purchase price of the product/s only, this will exclude any postage or freight charges to originally deliver the goods to you. Returned goods must be in their original packaging including any accessories and documentation and be in new condition – there must not be any scratches or marks or signs of wear. Please note: there are no refunds, exchanges or credit notes on sale items or promos/promocodes.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If an order is received that cannot be filled, Coco Unika will refund the customer for that item. Coco Unika offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch unless otherwise stated. However, we may be waiting for shipments from our suppliers. Consequently, our delivery times are subject to change. Items received into stock may be pre-allocated to satisfy advance payment orders which receive priority. Production and delivery dates are an estimate only and may change at any time. We will endeavour to keep you updated throughout the process however we cannot be held liable for unforeseen delays.
Emails
We will do our best to respond to you within 24 hours, during business hours, Monday to Friday. During sale times we may take a little longer to reply as we are a tiny team so please bear with us.
Variations
Colours and shades of natural wood will vary from piece to piece as each piece is individually created. Leather is a natural product therefore some natural imperfections may be present and may vary from hide to hide. Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to repair, replace or refund due to variations.
Damage
If for any reason you believe that your goods have been damaged in transit please contact us immediately. Please include images of the damaged item. We are unable to process any damage claims without images
Care
A lot of our goods are made from natural materials that require some care. Please follow product care instructions provided with your goods. In some circumstances if these are not met then the warranty will be void. Untreated leather is a raw leather and can show small imperfections on the hide. It is not dyed therefore care needs to be taken with spills on these products. Leather can crease over time, in our opinion it just gets better with age! (if treated with kindness)
